Founder and creative director Doug Yeagley is the driving force of Tops Salon. Over the years he has built up the salon to offer more personal services— as well as showcasing the work of local artists on a rotating basis— to create a dynamic environment that is constantly shifting the experience for Tops’ guests.

Doug is also a highly-regarded stylist, whose client list boasts a number of local celebrities, including Ch. 10 anchorwoman Carol LeBeau. He has mentored many San Diego hair designers who have gone on to establish their own successful careers.

One of Doug’s true passions is Tops Presents, the outdoor space behind the salon that is home to Cinema Under the Stars, beauty symposiums and private affairs.

Doug’s creative vision remains as vibrant as ever, as he continually seeks to develop new images, impressions and exclusive choices for his clients.
